used to be something I’d look at and cringe. They looked cheap and flimsy, and always seemed to accompany other shiny cheap-looking objects. Now they are trendy, well made, and have the ability to look fabulous in the right interior.
The table that flipped my perspective was this one (below). It acts as a coffee table and a magazine rack. I love its feminine curves and the fluidity of its construction. Variations of this table are sold at multiple stores. The one below is from overstock.com.
